How To Create A Coming Soon Page For a Blog

Creating a coming soon page or maintenance mode is one of the important steps before publishing your website for public use.

It’s not good to publish your partially made website as the visitor visiting your website get disappointed seeing partial content on your blog, Thus there is a need for Coming Soon Page.

Here is a step by step guide for setting up a coming soon page for your WordPress blog :

STEP 1: Login to your WordPress dashboard and then click on ” Plugins ” and then click on ” Add New ”

Step 2: Search ” coming soon ” in the search box

Step 3: Scroll down, you will find a plugin ” Site Offline or Coming Soon ” click on ” Install Now ”

Step 4: Click on ” Activate ”

Step 5: You will see ” No ” as the default option, click on ” Yes ” and click on ” Save Changes ”

Step 7: Replace default content by your own content if you want and click on ” Save Changes ”
