How to choose a domain name for a blog?

Today, I will be sharing steps involved to choose the domain name for a blog so as to get high visibility and engagements.
Your domain name is the identity of your website ( or blog ) on the internet, Every domain name is unique, No two websites ( or blogs ) can have the same domain name.
There are many things we should keep in mind while choosing a domain name for your website which are as follows :
Easy to type :
Your domain name should be easier to type for internet users who want to visit your website.

Use a domain name consisting of a maximum of three words or a maximum of twelve alphabets.
Short and Simple :
Your website name should be short and simple as it is easy to surf and it reduces the spelling mistakes chance for internet users.
Your domain name should be short and concise enough for internet users and simplicity is the best way to go.
Make it brandable :
Choosing a brandable name means when someone hears that domain name it should sound like a brand to internet users and it will also increase visitors to your website.
Make it meaningful :
Meaningful domain means your domain name should somehow be related to the content you are using on your website. For ex: dreamtoblog.com suggests that this website is related to blogging.
Easy to remember :
Your domain name should be such that it can be easily memorable to internet users.
Use keyword :
Your domain name should consist of some keyword that easily defines your business or service or content you offer on your website.
It helps to increase your rank on search engines which leads to an increase in traffic to your website and makes more sense to your visitors.
Easy to pronounce :
As easy as your domain name rolls off the tips of your fingers, it should roll off the tip of your tongue.
This makes it easier for visitors to share your domain name by word of mouth and makes it easier for you to share your site with friends and potential customers.
Make it intuitive :
A good domain name gives people a strong idea of what a website will be about. Being able to look at a domain name and say, “Oh, they probably do this. This is probably what that company is up to.” is a big win.
DreamtoBlog.com, for example, is pretty obvious, intuitively about blogging, and anyone could figure that out.
Use the Right Domain Name Extension :
Extensions are suffixes, such as .com or .net, at the end of web addresses. These can have specific uses, so make sure to choose one that works for your business.
When you choose your domain name extension, you can be sure of one thing: “.com” is still the best.
According to research, 75% of domains have the “.com” extension, second is “.net” and third is “.org” , Why? Well, “.com” is more familiar and easier to remember.
While there are many successful websites with a “.net” and “.org”, your website will probably do better if it has a “.com” extension.
Go with .com. If that’s taken, try .net or .org, If these are taken too, you’d be better off thinking a new domain name, And oh, also avoid those extraordinary extensions like “.club”, “.space”, “.pizza” and so on.
